PRODUCTION PROCESS
Material is formed and corrected with CNC after the appropriate hardwood (pine tree) is chosen. The formed parts are smoothed with sandpaper and a protective layer is created by lubricating them with vegetable oils such as olive oil and teak oil. In the final process the product is painted with herbal dyes then desired shapes and writings are processed with laser.

Each product has same sizes. After the tests most appropriate sizes were chosen.
